What is Factory 1969?

Factory 1969 is a company that designs and produces apparel, accessories and other products that feature original graphics inspired by hot rod culture, gasoline logos, vintage character trademarks and retro advertising. Factory 1969 products are designed, illustrated and created by Mark Dulmadge and his Calgary based graphic design company, Storm Design Inc.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All our payments are processed via PayPal, but you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is the Factory 1969 online store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). We do not collect your payment details. All payments are processed using PayPal.

How accurate are the product shots and artwork colors?

Garment and printed artwork colors are reproduced on our website and  marketing materials as accurately as possible. Slight variations in  color can sometimes occur as a result of the settings and color  calibration of your monitor. For any products that feature a  distressed finish, we try to include a close-up of the image to give  an accurate representation of the finished product. If you have any  questions regarding our products, please contact us with your inquiry.

What sizes are available for the screen printed apparel?

At this time, most of our screen printed products are available in  sizes SMALL to XXL and printed on Black Gildan Style 2000 Ultra  Cotton short sleeve t-shirts. Our online store includes an inventory  system that we update on a regular basis to show what items and sizes  are available. Please review the sizing chart outlined on the screen  printed apparel page to ensure that you order the correct size.

What are your shipping and handling charges?

What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?

Factory 1969 stands behind their products with a 100% money back guarantee and our goal is to only sell great quality products to our customers. We accept returns on defective merchandise and exchanges on unused/unworn merchandise. To place a return or exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you received the wrong item, you will not be responsible for any shipping costs. The item can be sent back and it will be replaced with the correct one. Shipping and handling on exchanges and all other returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Returns / Exchanges Guidelines:

• All returns must be requested within 14 days
• Only unworn and unwashed garments will be accepted
• You are responsible for shipping costs- if you were sent the wrong item, you will be credited back for the postage used for the return to us • Please allow 7-14 business days for any of your refund or credit requests
• Factory 1969 will not accept packages that arrive with unpaid duty or ‘PostageDue’ status
• Factory 1969 is not responsible for lost shipments without any proof of delivery
• Wrap the package securely
• Address package clearly

What about ordering out of stock items?

Our online store includes an inventory system that we update on a regular basis. If any items becomes back ordered between updates, Factory 1969 will contact you to inform you of this issue and provide you with an expected date of shipment. If you are looking to buy an out of stock item or size, please contact us so we can provide you with an expected date of having that item back in stock.

Can I call in or fax my order?

We are not setup to take phone or fax orders. All orders are made through our online store and all inquiries can be made by email.

Factory 1969 will never under any circumstance sell or give away your personal information to any third parties. We ask to obtain your personal information only for the purposes of processing your order and contacting you to inform you of future products and updates. Any request to be removed from our promotions list will be completed immediately. We do not collect your payment details. All payments made through our online store are processed using PayPal. Any purchases through our print-on-demand store are processed by them and we do not have access to your payment details.
